These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Pharmakey Resume Builder ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform, website, and related software application (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
1. User Registration and Account Security
To utilize the core features of the Services, you are required to register for an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
