Hands-on experience in granulation, compression, coating, capsule and topical manufacturing
Exposure to OSD packing operations such as blister, strip, and cartoning
Knowledge of equipment like FBD, RMG, Adapt 100, AF90T, auto coater, blister and strip machines
Understanding of preventive maintenance and breakdown handling for OSD plant equipment
Working knowledge of AHU, cooling tower, BMS, chiller, and water systems
Strong understanding of IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing
Experience in QC analysis using HPLC, GC, IR, UV, dissolution
Knowledge of QC method validation and method transfer
Good documentation practices and compliance with SOPs and GMP
Ability to work in shifts and follow safety guidelines
