Skills:
Analysis for finished products
Stability samples and raw materials
Analytical method validation
Verification and method transfer
Granulation machine operation
Compression and coating process
Packing machine operations (Blister/Strip/Autocartonator)
Knowledge of SAP activities
Data interpretation and troubleshooting
Handling of instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, UV-Spectrophotometer, KF
Handling LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS/GC
Track & Trace systems
Regulatory exposure as per USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, ICH guidelines
Qualification:
B.Pharm
M.Pharm
M.Sc (for QC roles)
Experience:
2 to 7 years (Technical Assistant/Executive in QC)
10 to 15 years (Assistant Manager in QC)
1 to 5 years (Technical Assistant/Executive in Production & Packing)
