Skills:
Design and optimize downstream purification processes
Work with AKTA chromatography, TFF, RF systems
Handle tech transfer and documentation for SGM and virus validation
Plan and execute microbial fermentation processes
Perform method development, qualification, and documentation
Conduct cell-based bioassays and ELISA
Develop and maintain cell lines, cloning, media optimization
Molecular biology techniques including plasmid prep, PCR, electrophoresis
Operation of protein filtration units and harvesting systems
Follow GMP, QMS, and good documentation practices
Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters in Biotechnology
Bachelors or Masters in Biochemical Engineering
Experience:
0–10 years (depending on the position)
