Hands-on experience in operating reactors, centrifuges, dryers, mills, and vacuum systems
Knowledge of crystallization, filtration, drying, milling, and packing operations
Understanding of automated control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and PLC
Preparation of SOPs and maintenance of BMR and logbooks
Experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control for APIs or formulations
Knowledge of raw material and intermediate testing
Understanding of pharmacopoeial ingredients and compliance testing
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV spectrophotometer, auto-titrator, and polarimeter
Knowledge of PQA, AQA, validation, and QMS functions
Experience in deviation handling, CAPA, change control, OOS and OOT investigations
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines including USFDA, WHO, and EU-GMP
Experience in multistep organic synthesis and process optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
