Ability to manage shift operations in vaccine, biosimilars, or injectable manufacturing
Upstream and downstream production operations
cGMP documentation and compliance
Equipment handling such as autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP/SIP
Vial washing, filling, capping, labelling, and track & trace systems
Breakdowns and maintenance of vial filling, capping, and labelling machines
Operation of BMS, SCADA, calibration, and instrumentation
Review of SOPs and analytical protocols
Handling OOS, OOT, and deviation management
Execution of Media Fill activities
Audit preparedness and documentation review
Trend analysis and risk assessment
