Job Description
Production OSD
• Experience: 1 to 5 years
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma Pharmacy/Mechanical/Electrical or BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: Dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, capsule filling
✔ Operation and monitoring of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
✔ Execution of production activities as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines
Packing OSD
• Experience: 1 to 5 years
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma Pharmacy/Mechanical/Electrical or BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: Blister packing, bulk bottle packing, track and trace, serialization, documentation
✔ Handling of CAM, BQS, HONGA, UHLMANN, CVC, Pharma Pack, IMA, sachet machines
✔ Compliance with packaging documentation and regulatory requirements
Production API
• Experience: 1 to 5 years
• Qualification: BSc/BE/BTech Chemical Engineering/MSc
• Work Areas/Sections: Reactor operations, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi-mill
✔ Monitoring and supervision of API production processes
✔ Documentation management including change control and deviation handling
Skills/Qualifications
• Understanding of OSD and API manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, safety practices, and regulatory documentation
• Awareness of equipment handling and production processes
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain data integrity
