Job Title:
Jr. Operator/Executive or Sr. Executive/Sr. Operator
Department:
Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophilizer, PFS & BFS)
Salary:
₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
Requirements:
Skills:
- Basic understanding of aseptic operations
- Knowledge of CIP & SIP (Cleaning in Place & Sterilization in Place)
- Ability to control and adjust machine settings to maintain the desired line speed
- Experience in handling production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedules
- Capability to maintain a clean work area and equipment before and after shifts
- Competence in managing line activities in the manufacturing of injectable products
- Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient production
- Ability to remove damaged products or supplies as needed
Qualification:
- B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B. Tech, Diploma (Mechanical), ITI (Fitter or Electrical)
Experience:
3 to 7 years of relevant experience
