Basic knowledge of instruments like pH meter, balance, UV, IR, HPLC
Understanding of GMP & SOP compliance
Familiarity with ALCOA principles & data integrity
Strong grasp of basic chemistry, molarity, molality
Awareness of pharmaceutical forms like tablets and capsules
Understanding of QC processes in the pharma industry
For Production:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
GMP & SOP adherence
Hands-on with equipment like granulation, compression, and coating
Knowledge of tablet/capsule production workflow
