Skills:
For Quality Control:
- Expertise in analysis for finished products, stability samples, and raw materials.
- Proficiency in Analytical Method Validation, Verification & Method Transfer.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and data interpretation.
- Comprehensive understanding of solid orals and quality processes.
- Experience with regulatory requirements, including USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and adherence to ICH guidelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of operating and troubleshooting QC instruments, such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, UV-Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer apparatus.
For Production (Formulation):
- In-depth knowledge of granulation machines (RMG, FBP), compression machines, and coating processes.
- Experience in handling Validation and Qualification procedures.
- Familiarity with SAP and exposure to QMS tools, including OOS/OOT investigations and deviation management.
Qualification:
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience:
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience
