Requirements:
Skills:
- Proficiency in handling various production and quality control instruments (e.g., Shifter, Reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge)
- Knowledge of BMR, BPR, Log Book management
- Inventory and logistics management
- Proficiency in QA and IPQA processes
Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. for Production roles
- ITI (AOCP) for Plant Operator roles
- B. Pharma/M. Pharma/B.Sc./M.Sc. for Quality Assurance
- Any Graduate for Warehouse and Logistics roles
Experience:
- Production: 1-5 years in Pharma/Food Industry
- IPQA: 0-3 years in QA activities
- Warehouse: 1-4 years in inventory and logistics
- Logistics: 5+ years, especially in export documentation and coordination
- Quality Assurance: Minimum 3 years, with experience in QMS, CAPA, OOS/OOT
