Job Description
Quality Control (OSD)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Qualification: BPharm/MSc
• Work Areas/Sections: KF, Potentiometer, GC, HPLC, IC instruments, analysis of raw materials, APIs and excipients, stability testing, FP samples, Chromeleon, LIMS
✔ Exposure to laboratory software and analytical instrumentation
✔ Routine and stability sample analysis as per GMP requirements
Quality Assurance (OSD)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Qualification: BPharm/MSc
• Work Areas/Sections: QMS, Change Control, CAPA, deviations, market complaints, FAR, recalls via Caliber QAMS, QRM, OOS, OOT, audits, CGMP compliance, COA review, validation documents, calibration certificates, BMR/BPR preparation in SAP
✔ Handling investigations and regulatory documentation
✔ Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards
Production & Packing (OSD)
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Qualification: Diploma/DPharm/BSc
• Work Areas/Sections: Granulation, compression, coating, primary packing, secondary packing
✔ Operation of production and packing equipment
✔ Maintaining productivity, quality, and GMP discipline on shop floor
Skills/Qualifications
• Sound understanding of OSD manufacturing and quality operations
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, safety practices, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments or production equipment
• Awareness of regulatory expectations and compliance requirements
