API Production
• Experience: 2 to 15 years
• Qualification: ITI/BSc/MSc/Diploma Chemical/BE/BTech Chemical
• Work Areas/Sections: API manufacturing operations, chemical synthesis, batch processing, reactor handling, material charging, process monitoring, production documentation
✔ Hands-on shop floor involvement in API manufacturing
✔ Exposure to regulated production environments and safety practices
Skills and Qualifications
• Understanding of API manufacturing and chemical process operations
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, safety norms, and production documentation
• Awareness of batch processing, reactor operations, and material handling
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain data integrity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong compliance and safety-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities
• Operating and monitoring API production equipment and reactors
• Executing batch manufacturing activities as per approved procedures
• Performing in-process checks and recording production data

• Coordinating with Production, QA, and Engineering teams
