Skills:
Analyst – Finished, AMV & Stability Section
Knowledge of Instrument-HPLC / GC, preferably Nucon
Chromeleon Software & Reporting as per Micro Dept
Exposure in Plant Maintenance & instrumentation in sterile facility
Primary & Secondary Packing knowledge, Track & Trace, Carton Packing Machine (CAM/ HMI Model)
Packing Documentation BPR / Logbook etc
Sterile IPQA knowledge – Line Clearance, Batch Review, AQL, Visual Inspection
Handling of Clean Room SOPs, WFI systems
Working knowledge of Equipment like SSD / NODS / Ampoule / Vials Filling / Autoclaves / Lyophilizer / Batch Coding / Visual Inspection Activity
Qualification:
M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Diploma Engineering / ITI / B.Tech
D.Pharma / B.Pharma (For Packing & Injectable roles)
Experience:
02 – 07 Years (Officer to Executive)
02 – 15 Years (Technician / Assistant Manager / Manager Roles)
