Utility, Water systems, Instrumentation, Automation, Process control
Exposure to maintenance in Manufacturing Vessels, Filling machines, Autoclave, Isolators, Lyophilization
Hands-on experience in Automation Engineering in filling area
Quality Control (Chemical):
Handling of HPLC, GC, PSD, LBPC, ICPMS, AAS, KF, Dissolution, UV, IR, Potentiometer, SOR, Polarography, Viscometer, DSC, TLC
Analysis of RPMP samples, IPFP Stability samples
Calibration of analytical instruments
Experience in Empower 3 Software
Quality Assurance:
Experience in Line Clearance, BMR Review
Knowledge of Investigations, Risk assessment, Deviations, Change control, CAPA
Sound understanding of QMS
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech – Engineering
Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical, Instrumentation
M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
B. Pharma / M.Sc.
