Multiple Positions in Manufacturing, Engineering, QC, and QA
Department:
Injectable Production/Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance

Requirements
Skills:
- Injectable Production/Manufacturing:
Expertise in handling filling operations for PFS, cartridges, B+S liquid vials, and aseptic environments.
Proficiency in isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizers, and autoclave operations.
Experience with USFDA regulatory environments. - Engineering:
Knowledge of electrical systems (33KV license required).
Proficiency in utility systems, water systems, process control, and instrumentation.
Hands-on experience with process area maintenance and filling machines, autoclaves, and isolators.
Automation engineering expertise. - Quality Control:
Experience with HPLC, GC, KF instruments, IR, UV, and chemical analysis.
Working knowledge of cGMP with a focus on GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Knowledge of stability testing and USFDA regulatory processes. - Quality Assurance:
Proficiency in QMS, investigations, risk assessment, deviations, change control, and CAPA.
Expertise in line clearance activities and document reviews.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering (minimum 60%)
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Instrumentation (minimum 60%)
- M.Sc. in relevant fields (minimum 60%)
- B.Pharma/M.Sc. (minimum 60%)
Experience:
- 2–6 years for Manufacturing roles.
- 4–8 years for Engineering roles.
- 3–8 years for QC and QA roles.
