Requirements
Skills:
- Expertise in handling filling operations of PFS, cartridges, and complex injectable compounding
- In depth knowledge to isolators, vial wash, tunnel, lyophilizer, and autoclave
- Process area maintenance, including manufacturing vessels, filling machines, isolators, and lyophilization
- Microbiological analysis using cup plate method, MLT testing, and WFI BET
- Handling of instruments like HPLC, GC, PSD, LBPC, ICPMS, AAS, KF, UV, IR, and more
- Qualification for device packing and cartridge lines, experience with auto-cartonators is an advantage
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) – Minimum 60%
- M.Sc. in Microbiology – Minimum 60%
- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry – Minimum 60%
Experience:
- 3–8 years in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Packing
- 3–5 years in Quality Control – Micro & Chemical
