Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OSD formulation manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in pellets, hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, tablet production, and packing
- Understanding of pharmaceutical GMP & regulatory guidelines
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and ensure process efficiency
Qualification:
- For Officer Role: Bachelor of Pharmacy
- For Operator Role: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Pharmacy
Experience:
- Officer Role: 2 to 5 years of experience in formulation
- Operator Role: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in formulation
