Skills:
Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and finished products
Operate HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and dissolution instruments
Conduct stability studies and sampling/testing as per SOPs
Maintain test records and perform data analysis
Calibration of analytical instruments
Follow cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and related API equipment
Handle raw materials per SOPs and BMRs
Record and report process deviations accurately
Support senior officers in daily operations
Participate in audits and internal training sessions
Qualification:
MSc – Analytical Chemistry
BE / B.Tech – Chemical
