✔ Purification using reverse-phase HPLC and preparative chromatography
✔ Peptide characterization using LC-MS, HPLC, and 1H NMR
✔ Understanding and drawing peptide structures using single and three-letter AA codes
✔ Maintaining detailed experimental records & lab notebooks
