Handling of Autoclave, DHS, Canister washing machine, Crystallizer, ANFD, Co-mill, Sterile batch mixture and filling machine
Knowledge of sterile process and Media fill, filter integrity machine, NVPC machine
Well versed in Validation, Qualification, Media Fill, Change control, CAPA, Deviations, Investigations, QMS, Filter integrity, Regulatory audits
Handling of hydrogenation reaction, reactor, sparkler filter, centrifuge, VTD, FBD, etc.
Change control, CAPA, OOS, Deviation, Audit support, GMP, GDP, SAP, computer system validation
Handling of SOP, Specification, STP, ARDS, Protocols, Stability reports, ICH guideline compliance
Vendor co-ordination for audits and validations
Investigation and resolution of quality issues
Qualification:
B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry)
B.Pharm/M.Pharm
BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

Experience:
2 to 10 Years depending on the role
(2 to 5 years for IPQA, Validation;
4 to 7 years for QMS;
5 to 10 years for Documentation and Shift Incharge roles;
