Requirements

Skills:

• Quality Assurance (IPQA):

  • Knowledge of manufacturing activities, including dispensing, visual inspection, and packaging.

  • Handling in-process samples, control samples, and cleaning validation.

  • Conducting AQL inspections and batch manufacturing record checks.

  • QMS elements such as CAPA, Change Control, and Deviation.

• Production Pharma:

  • Operating vial washing machines, sterilization, and filling machines.

  • Handling lyophilizers and aseptic filling activities.

  • Manufacturing and compounding of injectables.

• Quality Control:

  • Experience in LIMS management, HPLC, and biological assays.

  • Analysis of finished products, stability, and raw materials.

  • Preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.

Qualification:

• Quality Assurance (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc.

• Production Pharma: Diploma / B. Sc.

• Quality Control: B. Pharm / M. Sc. (Injectables)

Experience:

• Quality Assurance (IPQA): 3 to 9 Years

• Production Pharma: 2 to 6 Years

• Quality Control: 3 to 5 Years
