Production (Drug Substance – Bioprocess)
• Experience: 3–10 years
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
• Work Areas/Sections: Upstream Process (Cell Culture, Fermentation, Autoclave Operation), Downstream Process (Virus Culture, Centrifuge Operations, Purification, TFF, Chromatography)

• Work Areas/Sections: Formulation, Filling (Vials/BFS/PFS), Sealing & Capping, C-Rabs, O-Rabs, Isolator-Based Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave
Skills/Qualifications
• Understanding of Injectable or biosimilar vaccine processes
• Familiarity with upstream/downstream bioprocess operations
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, documentation and safety compliance
• Awareness of aseptic behavior, isolator handling and cleanroom gowning
• Ability to operate autoclaves, centrifuges, chromatography systems or BFS/PFS machines
• Communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional coordination
• Regulatory and compliance awareness applicable to vaccine plants
Key Responsibilities
• Operating bioreactors, fermenters or other bioprocess equipment
• Performing upstream or downstream processing activities as per SOPs
• Conducting formulation and fill-finish operations under aseptic conditions
• Maintaining GMP, biosafety, and cleanroom discipline
• Recording data in batch manufacturing records and logbooks
• Supporting audits, qualification and validation tasks if required
• Coordinating with QA/QC/Production teams during shop-floor operations
