Requirements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control & assurance practices in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GLP, LIMS, ALCOA, ICH/FDA)
- Proficiency in raw material testing, finished drug product validation, and analytical data review
- Expertise in in-process monitoring, environmental monitoring, media management, and documentation control
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills for managerial positions
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
- Officers & Executives: 1 to 7 years
- Assistant Manager: 10 to 15 years
- Senior Executive: Up to 10 years
