• Granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling
• Primary and secondary packing operations
• MBR designing and troubleshooting in MES PAS X
• Experience in PCS element, alias preparation and equipment integration
• Solid oral analysis including FP, RM, in-process and stability
• Analytical method validation and PMQC
• Dissolution testing knowledge
• Knowledge of AQA, APQR, validation and IPQA
• Raw material, packing material and finished goods handling
• Pharma formulation experience
• Maintenance of manufacturing and packing equipment
• HVAC and utility maintenance
• GMP documentation familiarity
