Job Description
Manufacturing and Packing
• Experience: 2 to 10 years
• Qualification: 12th/ITI/Diploma/BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: OSD manufacturing operations, granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, capsule filling, primary packing, blister packing, sachet filling, secondary packing, cartoning, labeling
✔ Exposure to regulated formulation manufacturing
✔ Hands-on involvement in shop-floor production activities
Quality Control
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Qualification: BSc/MSc/BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability studies, analytical method validation, handling instruments like HPLC and related analytical tools
✔ Documentation and data integrity compliance
✔ Coordination with production and QA teams
Quality Assurance
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: IPQA activities, documentation review, change control, CAPA, QMS, compliance with regulated plant requirements
✔ Support for audit preparedness
✔ Shop-floor quality monitoring
Maintenance – Plant and Electrical
• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Qualification: ITI Electrical/BE Electrical
• Work Areas/Sections: preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, granulation, compression, coating machines, pelletizers, blenders, packing lines
✔ Equipment reliability and uptime management
✔ Coordination with production teams
Maintenance – HVAC
• Experience: 4 to 12 years
• Qualification: BE Electrical/Mechanical
• Work Areas/Sections: AHU systems, dehumidifiers, HVAC equipment, BMS, split and ductable units, copper piping
✔ Maintenance of cleanroom environments
✔ Compliance with HVAC validation requirements
Stores and Warehouse
• Experience: 4 to 10 years
• Qualification: Diploma/Graduate
• Work Areas/Sections: raw material handling, packing material management, FG section operations, inventory control, coordination with production and quality departments

Skills/Qualifications
