Knowledge of Filtration, Filling, Sealing, Stoppering, and Lyophilization
Hands-on experience with Vial Washing, Autoclave, and Garment Washing
Understanding of Instrumentation, Calibration, and Process Equipment
Knowledge of QMS, IPQA, CSV Validation, and Documentation Practices
Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Good communication and leadership skills
