Required Qualifications:
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) for Utility Operator, RO Plant Operator, and Electrical Technician roles
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm for Shift Incharge, ADL Executive, R&D Chemist, and Micro-QC roles
- Note: Local candidates are preferred for ADL Executive positions, and male candidates are preferred for R&D Chemist and Micro-QC roles.
Skills and Experience:
- Utility Operator & RO Plant Operator: Must have 1-3 years of experience in Pharma/API, including hands-on work with Chilling Plants, Brine Plants, Cooling Towers, and AHUs.
- Electrical Technician: 1-3 years of experience in Pharma/API with expertise in electrical systems.
- Shift Incharge: Requires 3-7 years of API experience in production.
- ADL Executive: 3-5 years of experience in ADL, specifically in API development, with local candidates given preference.
- R&D Chemist: 1-3 years of API experience with a preference for male candidates.
- Micro-QC: 1-2 years of experience in Pharma, specifically in quality control and microbiological analysis, with a preference for male candidates.
