Skills:
QA – Knowledge of Bulk Viral Antigen production adhering to GMP, preparation processes, SOPs, batch records, CV, and APS documents.
Drug Product – Performing IPQA Fill-Finish tasks, SOP reviews, batch record verification, validations, trend analysis, and OOS investigations.
QMS – Handling deviations, OOS, CAPA, self-inspections, Gemba walks, trending reports, and QMS metrics.
Training – Conducting training sessions for new recruits in English and Telugu.
Biochemical Assays – Estimation of polysaccharides, protein, nucleic acid, and composition analysis as per ALCOA and OOS systems.
Instrumentation Testing – Operating HPLC, IC, troubleshooting, and analytical analysis under 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Virology – In-vitro viral testing for starting materials, raw materials, final bulk samples, and stability samples for viral vaccines.
Instrumentation Maintenance – Handling BMS, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, SCADA, PLC, Calibration.
Process Equipment – Managing breakdowns and preventive maintenance for Vial Washing, Filling, Capping, Labeling, Lyophilization.
Production – Handling cell culture tasks, passaging, harvesting, concentration/purification, and sterile drug substance filtration.
Qualification:
M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Sc. (Life Science) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology) / Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Fitter) / B.Sc
