Production: Expertise in Compounding, Aseptic Operations, Troubleshooting equipment, Dry Powder filling operations, Line Chemistry, Compounding Chemistry, Vial Washing, Vial, Ampoule, PFS, Bag & Filling & Sealing Operations, ANDA Projects, QMS Activities (FCR, DCR, BPCR Preparation & SOP Preparation and Track-wise related knowledge).
Quality Control: Knowledge of CGLP and CGMP systems, Planning and performance of Validation / Verification of analytical methods, Handling of GC / HPLC / IC / UV instruments with Lab solutions / Empower / Chromelon / Magic net software, experience on LIMS, Analytical Method Validation, Auto Titrator.
Quality Assurance: Preparation and review of Media Fill, Process & Cleaning Validation Protocols and Reports, Preparation and review of APR’s and APQR’s Summary Reports, Retrieval of BPCRs, Handling and investigation of QMS documents in change controls, deviations, and CAPA, Review of Analytical Method Validations, Method Transfers, Protocols & Reports.
