Formulation analytical method development using LCMS/MS, preferably Waters make
Formulation analytical method development using HPLC, GC, IC and Potentiometry
Brazil regulatory analytical experience
Analytical method development, validation and method transfer
Regulatory filing support
Experience with oral solid dosage forms including IR, ER and DR tablets/capsules
Experience with regulatory markets such as US FDA, EU and ANVISA submissions
Analytical method development, verification, pre-validation, transfer and feasibility studies
Analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products and stability samples
Investigation and commercial product support activities
Preparation and review of specifications, STPs, protocols, reports, COAs and SOPs
Instrument qualification, calibration and maintenance
Audit trail review, data integrity, safety and audit readiness
Technical leadership, team mentoring and analytical project management
Analytical method validation, verification and transfer
IP/PF/Stability testing using LC/GC/Spectroscopy
Knowledge of GxP/QMS
Proficiency in Empower, LIMS, Nichlon, QAMS and DMS
Development and optimization of sterile liquid and lyophilized injectable formulations
Pre-formulation, compatibility, QbD/DoE and stability studies
Lab, scale-up and exhibit batch execution
Technology transfer and troubleshooting of formulation and process-related issues
Preparation of protocols, development reports, batch records and regulatory documents
Coordination with Analytical R&D, QA, QC, Manufacturing and Regulatory teams
Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, QbD, DoE, scale-up, stability and container-closure systems
Process scale-up from lab/pilot to commercial manufacturing
Optimization of critical process parameters and critical material attributes
End-to-end technology transfer including dossier and BMR/BPR preparation
Collaboration with manufacturing for engineering, exhibit and validation batches

Qualification

M.Sc., M.Pharm, M.Pharm/Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, M.Sc./B.Pharm, M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy, B.Tech/BE Chemical
