Line clearance activity for washing, filling, sealing and visual inspection
Environmental monitoring activity in Grade A, B, C and D clean room areas
Handling aseptic area operations
Operating Lyo, Autoclave, Vial filling, Washing and Sealing machines
Monitoring of aseptic area, environmental and media fill activities
Solution preparation and lyophilization operation
BFS and infusion bag filling knowledge
Hands-on experience in instrumentation for injectable equipment
PLC, SCADA and troubleshooting expertise
Preventive maintenance of critical injectable equipment
Calibration of RTDs, load cells, USBMs and SMPS
Knowledge of BMS, Biometric systems and SCADA
Understanding of 21 CFR guidelines
