Hands-on experience in operating reactors, centrifuges, dryers, mills, vacuum systems, and pumps
Experience in crystallization, filtration, drying, milling, and packing operations
Knowledge of automation systems such as SCADA, DCS, and PLC
Experience in SOP preparation, data entry, and logbook maintenance
Process scale-up, troubleshooting, and process improvement knowledge
Technology transfer from lab scale to commercial production
Equipment mapping, material balance, and utility requirement understanding
Analytical method development and validation
Handling instruments such as LC-MS, GC, IR, and UV
Pharmaceutical quality control of raw materials, intermediates, and APIs
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines USFDA, EDQM, ANVISA, PMDA, TGA
Experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV spectrophotometer, auto titrator, and polarimeter
Experience in IPQA, QMS, deviation handling, CAPA, change control, and investigations
Audit exposure and documentation practices
