Job Description
Microbiology QC
• Experience: 8 to 12 years or 1 to 2 years
• Qualification: BSc/MSc Microbiology
• Work Areas/Sections: Microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, water system analysis, HVAC validation, microbiology QMS activities, GLP, GDP
✔ Exposure to regulated OSD plant microbiology operations
✔ Involvement in quality systems and compliance activities
Production
• Experience: 1 to 2 years or Freshers
• Qualification: Diploma/ITI Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic
• Work Areas/Sections: Blister packing, BQS, Accupack, Elmach, cartoning machines, HICART PLUS, IMA PG, secondary packing
✔ Hands-on operation of production and packing machinery
✔ Shop floor execution in OSD manufacturing
Quality Control
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Qualification: MSc Analytical Chemistry
• Work Areas/Sections: HPLC, dissolution, UV analysis, stability testing, GLP, GDP practices
✔ Instrument handling and analytical testing in QC lab
✔ Documentation and compliance as per GMP standards
Skills/Qualifications
• Understanding of OSD manufacturing and quality operations
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, safety, and documentation practices
• Awareness of microbiological controls, analytical testing, and equipment handling
• Ability to work in regulated environments with compliance focus
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Key Responsibilities
• Operating and monitoring production and packing equipment
• Performing microbiological and analytical quality testing
• Conducting in-process checks and recording data accurately
• Following GMP, safety, and cleanroom discipline
