Job Description
Quality Control Department
• Experience: 4–8 years, 8–12 years, 12–16 years depending on role
• Qualification: MSc/BPharm/MPharm
• Work Areas/Sections: Raw material analysis, In-process & Finished product testing, Stability studies, AMV, AMT, GLP, QMS, Microbiology, FG analysis
✔ Exposure to regulated OSD manufacturing and analytical documentation
✔ Hands-on experience with stability and compliance activities
Quality Assurance Department
• Experience: 4–10 years, 10–15 years
• Qualification: BPharm/MPharm/MSc
• Work Areas/Sections: Validation, IPQA, QMS, AQA
✔ Handling validation documentation and shop-floor IPQA activities
✔ Supporting audits and quality systems
Production Department
• Experience: Fresher
• Qualification: BSc/DPharm/ITI
• Work Areas/Sections: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing
✔ Exposure to oral solid dosage manufacturing processes
✔ Shop-floor production operations under GMP
Engineering Department
• Experience: 5–8 years
• Qualification: BE/DME
• Work Areas/Sections: OSD process equipment maintenance, engineering coordination, equipment upkeep
✔ Maintenance of formulation equipment
✔ Engineering support to production operations
Skills/Qualifications
• Understanding of OSD formulation and regulated manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
